We are currently investing long-term institutional capital in industrial outdoor storage in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and France, alongside a leading global institutional investor. We acquire single assets and portfolios, and execute flexible sale-and-leasebacks tailored to each business's objectives.

What we acquire

Low site cover leased industrial assets.

Markets Germany, the Netherlands, Spain and France.
Lot size €5m to €100m+, single assets and portfolios.
Site From 10,000 m², with building footprint up to 30% of the total site.
Structure Leased assets and sale-and-leasebacks.

Typical uses include equipment and plant hire, container and pallet depots, vehicle storage and repair, recycling and waste facilities, building materials yards and low site cover logistics operations.

We partner with businesses that want to separate the ownership of their property from the operation of their business.

Team

Partners with significant experience investing in European industrial and logistics.

The partners have completed over €1.5bn of European industrial and logistics transactions, including ~€350m in industrial outdoor storage.
